About Robert Baxter

For more than twenty years, Robert Baxter has been exposed to organizations of all sorts, for profit and nonprofit, large and small, public and private, service and manufacturing. This experience has provided him with a remarkable opportunity to compare and contrast them to determine what made the great organizations great. He has been studying what differentiates Highly Performing Organizations from other organizations for well over a decade. Over this time, he developed a model describing the performance of an organization.  His model outlines how Talent, Leadership, Drive and Ability to Work as a Team are the elements that define an organization - but that the extent to which the organization embraces a Culture of Respect, in other words brings Christ to work, defines the level of its performance.

Over the course of his career, he has worked in alomst every business functional area: Engineering,  Business Development, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing.  He currently owns CBC, a unique business consulting firm that eliminates problems for its clients. He is the author of The Sunday Monday Paradox. Feel free to join the CBC community by following us on LinkedIn. Learn more about how embracing Christ helps an organization thrive by purchasing “The Sunday Monday Paradox”.
